Client Center: Sessions to explore the features and tools available in the Serials Solutions' Client Center. The Introduction webinar is a structured look at the Client Center. The Town Hall is an open forum with no particular agenda. Attendees are encouraged to share hints and tips and ask questions.
New and Improved 360 Search: The new and improved 360 Search is here! Come learn about the new Administration Console in the Client Center that allows you to make changes, including adding new connectors, to your 360 Search site.
Launching the new and improved 360 Search for WebFeat users: Your WebFeat data has been migrated to the 360 Search system, now what? We'll discuss the most efficient way to get your New and Improved 360 Search site ready for your patrons to use.
360 Counter: The Counter Town Hall is an opportunity for Serials Solutions' 360 Counter users to meet and discuss "best practices", hints and tips about loading and utilizing usage data. Look for topic-specific Town Halls every other month.

Managing and Assessing your E-Resources: These webinars provide guidelines and recommendations for the use of tools for managing and assessing your e-resources in the Client Center.
360 Resource Manager: Meet with other 360 Resource Manager users to discuss best practices. Come with your tips and hints to share and questions to ask of each other. All levels of expertise are welcome; each Town Hall session will cover different material based attendee participation.
360 Search: Using and Customizing: This session will provide a discussion of how 360Search works including both the searching and the results display. We'll also review what parts of 360Search can be customized.
