Meet Amanda Rough, LATAM Client Services Specialist

Amanda joined the the Serials Solutions team in December of 2011. She is a member of our support team and works as a client Services Specialist for Latin America. Amanda is trilingual, speaking fluent Spanish and Portuguese in addition to her native English. At Serials Solutions, she helps support the Latin American library community through product support, implementations, and training.

Meet Helle Lauridsen! Helle holds a library degree from Royal Library School, Copenhagen and worked in a variety of capacities within the library industry before joining the Serials Solutions team in 2008. Currently, Helle works as a Regional Client Relationship Manager based in Denmark.
Meet Karen Farley

Meet Karen Farley! Karen joined the Serials Solutions team in February of 2008. She holds an MLIS from the University of Missouri, Columbia and has worked in many roles within the library industry. Karen works as a part of the technology team supporting the existing Serials Solutions management products: The Client Center, 360 Counter, 360 Resource Manager, and UlrichsWeb. As a Program Manager Karen works with product managers and the technology team to turn service features from ideas to reality.
