Certification Program for Content Providers

KnowledgeWorks Certified Logo

KnowledgeWorks Certified is a publisher certification program that recognizes content providers who partner with Serials Solutions to provide the KnowledgeWorks knowledgebase with the highest quality metadata for eBooks and e-journals. Certified providers establish a direct relationship with the Serials Solutions content collection team, support timely electronic updates, and complete a data verification cycle. This collaboration enhances the timeliness and quality of the certified provider’s metadata within the KnowledgeWorks knowledgebase and enables Serials Solutions to deliver the most reliable tools for e-resource access and management to the library.

When publishers participate in the KnowledgeWorks Certification program, librarians can trust that Serials Solutions and providers will collaborate to provide the best possible access to e-resources.

Now Supporting KBART Phase 1 Guidelines

The KnowledgeWorks Certification program is now supporting Phase 1 Guidelines developed by the KBART (Knowledge Bases and Realted Tools) UKSG/NISO Working Group. Any content provider supplying KBART endorsed metadata is automatically eligible for KnowledgeWorks Certification. KnowledgeWorks Certified providers who are supplying KBART endorsed metadata are noted below.
