International Journal of Research Studies in Management

IJRSM is an open access, peer reviewed, multidisciplinary, international journal that aims to provide an avenue for novice and expert scholars and researchers to publish studies related to management. If that sounds rather broad, that is because the scope of IJRSM has been made deliberately so, in both the topics covered and from the disciplinary perspective. The journal is divided into two sections, Management Research and Management Resources. Within these sections topics of interest may include, but are not limited to, studies that further our understanding of the management field as a whole, strategic management, organizational behavior, human resource management, organizational theory, and entrepreneurship. The first two issues contain a wide variety of topics; articles here include: “Attitudinal and Behavioral Response to Coo Cues for Low Involvement Product,” “It’s not just a brand name: The impact of language on consumer attitude and behavior,” “Managing higher education institution internationalization: Contemporary efforts of a university in Taiwan,” and “Business management replication from established market to emerging market: An analysis of the Indian Premier League from the Bangladesh market perspective.” Contributors to the inaugural issue are from Canada, Malaysia, and Nigeria, and the editorial team comes from Australia, Canada, India, Kenya, Malaysia, Nigeria, Philippines, and Taiwan. IJRSM will be published in both print and online semi-annually in April and October, and will mostly likely appeal to researchers in academic and special libraries. Given the expressed publishing aim of this publication, you might want to refer undergraduate and graduate student researchers to it for a possible publication venue.
