Our plan takes advantage of pre-tax contributions to allow you to save for your retirement and save on your taxes today, or you may opt for a Roth 401(k) plan. Serials Solutions will match 50% of the first $12,000 you contribute. Vesting is graduated by year, with 100% vesting after 3 years.
