Getting started is easy

Your library’s holdings are inherited directly from Serials Solutions KnowledgeWorks knowledgebase. Entering subscription,licensing, and cost data is simple. If you have been maintaining this data in your ILS, locally developed management application, or a collection of files and spreadsheets, you can easily import that data into 360 Resource Manager. Local holdings not covered by KnowledgeWorks can be added too.

Once your data has been added to 360 Resource Manager, you can begin to customize resources with license information, holdings dates, terms, notes, contacts, and more. This data can be shared among library staff members, who can be granted access to the system, and shared with patrons through user-facing interfaces.

Exporting Reports

You can import data from your library's instance of 360 Resource Manager data into local tools, other knowledgebases, and many external services. For example, the SFX-Format KnowledgeWorks Report enables SFX customers to take advantage of the authoritative e-resource metadata in the Serials Solutions Knowledgeworks knowledgebase by porting that data from 360 Resource Manager into the SFX uploader.
